In short: Dim-Dong collects no personal data at all.

No data collection

Dim-Dong is a toothbrushing app for children. It runs entirely on the device:

  • No account is required and no personal data is requested.
  • Game progress (gems, level, unlocked items) is stored only on the device and is never sent to a server.
  • The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no analytics or tracking tools.
  • No data is shared with third parties.

App updates

The app may download content updates through Expo’s EAS Update service. That technical check sends no personal data and is not used for any profiling.

App stores

Downloads and updates go through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Those platforms collect their own data (account, device, download statistics) under their own policies, which we neither control nor have access to.

Children

Dim-Dong is designed for children. As stated above, no data about the child or the device is collected, stored on our servers, or shared. The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no outbound links.

Your rights (GDPR)

The GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. As no personal data is collected, we hold nothing to send you or delete. You are welcome to write to us at herve@refreshstory.com at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with the authority in your country:

Switzerland (nFADP)

For residents of Switzerland, the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) applies alongside the GDPR. As Dim-Dong processes no personal data, no record of processing activities and no Swiss representative are required. The controller remains Refresh Story SRL, reachable at herve@refreshstory.com.

Deleting your data

Since all game data is stored locally, deleting the app erases everything.

This website

This marketing site sets no cookies and carries no analytics. Its host may keep technical logs (IP address, pages visited) for a limited time, for security purposes only.
